South Windsor Wrestling Association is a volunteer-run nonprofit serving young wrestlers in South Windsor and surrounding towns. We welcome new and experienced athletes and support their development on and off the mat. Wrestling in South Windsor start in 1996 at the high school level by Jon Valles and Steve Turgeon. In 1997 Jude Knapp took over as head coach until 2025, followed by Mike Cunningham. The youth program started around the same time to give the gift of wrestling to the youth in the area and help feed the high school program.
All of South Windsor wrestling has benefited greatly from the help of parents and families through out the years. Without them South Windsor Wrestling would be nothing that it is today.
